ProfileIntel LTD has designed and developed OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) services based on publicly available information sources. Our services, Thunderbolt (Profiler) and Grasshopper (WhatsApp Monitor), are provided in SaaS mode and are distributed exclusively to professional users. Non-professional individuals are not permitted to subscribe to these services.

2. Definitions

• "Client": Professional entity or individual who has subscribed to our services
• "Services": Refers to Thunderbolt and Grasshopper platforms provided by ProfileIntel
• "User": Individual employee of the Client authorized to access and use the Services
• "Platform": The websites and interfaces through which our Services are accessed

WhatsApp is a registered trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. ProfileIntel LTD is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Meta Platforms, Inc. or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates.

3. Service Specifications

3.1 Scope

Our Services consist of:

• Thunderbolt: Advanced OSINT profiling system for comprehensive digital intelligence gathering
• Grasshopper: WhatsApp monitoring and analysis platform for group communications

3.2 Access Requirements

Access to our Services requires:

• A computer or device with a supported operating system
• Internet connectivity
• Valid subscription and login credentials
• Compliance with our security protocols

3.3 Usage Limitations

Clients must:

• Use the Services only for legal purposes
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or decode our systems
• Not use automated systems or bots to access our Services

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by ProfileIntel LTD and are protected by international intellectual property laws. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services.

5. Data Protection and Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Users must comply with all relevant data protection regulations when using our Services.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 availability, we reserve the right to temporarily restrict access for maintenance. We are not liable for any damages resulting from temporary service unavailability.

7. Liability

ProfileIntel LTD's liability is limited to direct damages caused by our Services. We are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Misuse of our Services
• Third-party actions

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our Services for violations of these terms. Users may terminate their subscription according to their subscription terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Israeli law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel.
